My Story
Growing up, my passion for helping others led me to a transformative experience volunteering at a nature retreat resort in Costa Rica after completing my psychology degree. This journey shifted my anxious tendencies into newfound calm, confidence, and well-being.
Driven to share this positive change, I pursued four years of graduate school to become an acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. Despite opening a private practice in a charming town, I faced challenges—navigating playtime, unhealthy habits, and stress.
The turning point came with the pandemic, a traumatic labor, and an emergency C-section. An alarming ER visit sparked a realization: it was time for change. Selling my practice, home, and belongings, my family embarked on a journey of travel, healing, and self-discovery.
Despite unexpected hurdles like hurricanes and earthquakes, a true passion emerged: empowering like-minded Moms to conquer chaos through holistic health. Today, I'm dedicated to helping fellow Full-Time Moms find balance, calmness, and confidence.
Through integrating lifestyle adjustments, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, radiance, and caregiving, we grow together to build long-lasting habits and routines that nourish our lives.
My mission extends to fostering a supportive community where Moms connect, learn, and grow together.
