Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction and confidence in choosing the right coaching program are my priority.

Here's how it works:

  • 30-Day Full Refund:

    • If, within the first 30 days of enrolling in my coaching program, you feel that it's not the right fit for you or are unsatisfied, you're entitled to a full refund.

    • Refunds are not available after the initial 30 days of program purchase.

    • Please note that a processing fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • A 6- or 12-month commitment is essential for achieving long-term behavior changes and meaningful progress.

    • After the initial 30-day period, cancellations, account pauses, or refunds are unavailable.

    • The program cannot be paused or canceled before the end of the agreed-upon term.

  • Payment Installments and Card Declines:

    • If your card is declined for payment installations, you have 3 days to update your card information and pay the installment.

    • Failure to do so will result in account deactivation and withdrawal from the program without refund eligibility.

    • For scheduled one-on-one calls, the installment must be paid before the session takes place to proceed with the appointment. Your session will be cancelled if the installment is not paid prior to date and time. 

  • Commitment Reminder:

    • Committing to the program is crucial for success and well-being.

    • Stay engaged, attend scheduled sessions, and actively participate in the program to maximize the benefits of your wellness journey.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:

    • While the refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and consistent, I understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way.

    • If you're facing extraordinary circumstances, such as a severe illness, family emergency, or other significant life events, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    • I'm here to support you during difficult times, and we can discuss possible solutions or adjustments to accommodate your situation.

    • Your well-being is important to me, and I'm committed to finding the best way forward together.


Refunds will be processed by me within 3-5 business days of request. Time it takes to make its way to your bank account depends on the financial institution.
